Living Well Women's Health Hub

Women's Health Support Across the Life Course

The Living Well Women's Health Hub brings together evidence-informed information, practical self-management resources, digital support and service navigation across women's changing health needs.

One comprehensive destination

Support across different areas of health and wellbeing

Unlike solutions focused on one life stage or condition, the platform is designed to help women access relevant support across different areas of health and wellbeing through one comprehensive digital destination.

  • Menstrual health and gynaecological conditions
  • Endometriosis
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Pregnancy and motherhood
  • Sexual and reproductive health
  • Sleep and mental wellbeing
  • Fibromyalgia and functional neurological disorder
  • Disability and long-term conditions
  • Lifestyle change, exercise and nutrition
  • Social wellbeing and relationships
  • Healthy ageing
  • Appointment preparation and navigation of relevant care resources

The three-tier service model

Broad access, with enhanced support according to need

Commissioners can provide continuing population support while targeting enhanced support where it is most needed.

Tier 1

Continuing Population Support

Evidence-informed Guides, informational resources, practical non-clinical tools, trackers, appropriate navigation and local resources.

Designed for broad access by the eligible population where commissioned.

Tier 2

Targeted Enhanced Support

Enhanced digital coaching and structured personal support for eligible or referred users, under an agreed time allowance and pooled capacity.

Referral arrangements, usage entitlements and available capacity are managed according to the commissioning agreement, so targeted resources are used appropriately and can become available to other participants as entitlements end.

Tier 3

Live and Group Support

Optional commissioned facilitated sessions, group activities and specialist support.

Where agreed, selected recorded or population-accessible resources may also be made available to Tier 1 users. Tier 3 is provided only where specifically commissioned.

Central principle

Step up, step down, continue

  1. Tier 1
  2. Targeted Tier 2
  3. Continuing Tier 1

People can move into enhanced support when eligible and return to continuing informational support when their targeted entitlement ends. Their account and access to Tier 1 continue. The model aims to preserve continuity and avoid unnecessarily retaining scarce enhanced capacity.

Personal conversations and individual records remain private to the user; commissioners receive agreed, aggregated reporting only.

Scope and assurance

What the Hub is, and is not

The Women’s Health Hub is an independently designed Living Well platform. It provides information, practical tools, digital coaching and service navigation. It does not diagnose medical conditions, replace clinicians or provide regulated treatment, and it encourages users to seek appropriate professional advice.

Relevant assurance may include DTAC assessment, clinical safety obligations, data protection, security, accessibility and medical-device considerations, according to each product's function and intended use. Requirements are established during mobilisation and before relevant deployment.
