Living Well Leadership Assessment & Development
Living Well Partners is developing a new evidence-led Leadership Assessment & Development programme for NHS and health organisations. It will bring together structured leadership assessment, developmental feedback and practical implementation support, designed around real organisational conditions rather than generic leadership models.
Status: in development. Full content and pilot registration will follow in the next stage.
We are currently working with a small number of organisations interested in shaping and piloting the programme. If that could include yours, we would welcome an early conversation.
