How partnerships work

A straightforward process

01

Understand your needs

We begin by understanding the priorities, challenges and needs of your organisation, population or participant group. Where appropriate this may include a proportionate needs assessment, stakeholder consultation, questionnaires, interviews or review of existing evidence.

02

Design the right response

We identify priority needs and gaps, then configure the most appropriate combination of research, improvement, organisational development, digital tools, resources or live support around those findings.

03

Deliver, evaluate and recommend next steps

We agree delivery, monitor engagement and outcomes, and provide evaluation findings and recommendations for continuation, development or wider rollout.

Who we work with

Organisations we support

  • NHS organisations, health and care services
  • Councils and public-sector organisations
  • Employers and workplace wellbeing teams

Bespoke, branded and white-label projects are scoped and priced individually. Most partnerships begin with a focused pilot or a defined piece of research or evaluation.

Let’s discuss what would be most useful for your organisation.

Tell us about the problem you are trying to understand or the change you are trying to make, and we will suggest a proportionate first step.
