Not everyone can, or wants to, work conventional full-time hours. The Service Operations Centre supports different working patterns, so organisations can manage a diverse workforce of full-time, part-time and flexible bank staff in one place.

Staff can indicate when they are available, and managers can allocate suitable work with that choice in view — while keeping professional standards and service continuity at the centre of every decision.

Employee choice

Working patterns and availability that reflect people’s lives and preferences.

Professional standards

Work allocated to people with the right skills, training and responsibilities.

Service continuity

Services that stay reliable for participants, whatever the mix of working patterns.
